Sales Policy

• All sales are final, with no returns, and no refunds.
• All prices are F.O.B. our manufacturer unless otherwise stated at the time of order.
• Western Technical Filter reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
• Western Technical Filter is not responsible for any damages that occur during transport, and if such issues arise they must be handled with the shipping company.
• All orders will be shipped partial unless notified to ship complete. Shipping charges may vary from our website charges due to partial shipments.
• Most major credit cards are accepted during the checkout process. We do not accept credit cards by phone unless there are special circumstances
• All orders that are purchased and/or shipped outside North America must be paid in advance using our online checkout option.

Returns Policy

No goods may be returned without prior authorization by Western Technical Filter. To request a return please use our contact form. Upon receipt of an RGA the authorization is vilad for a period of 15 days.

To receive and RGA the following conditions are required:

• Products shipped by our error will be accepted for return and exchange and we will incur all shipping fees.
• Shipping errors must be brought to Western Technical Filters’s attention within 10 days of receipt of shipment by using our contact form.
• No RGA’s will be issued after 30 days from invoice date.
• Returned products must be in new, saleable condition this not only includes the filter elements but the packaging as well.
• Western Technical Filter reserves the right to determine the acceptability of the returned goods. All returned products must be of resale quality.

Warranty Policy

Western Technical Filter warranties that the products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Within such period of time and, at Western Technical Filters’s sole discretion, we shall replace or repair, free of charge, the products that Western Technical Filter deems to be defective provided that such products have not been damaged or mishandled by the Distributor/Customer/Shipping company or improperly stored, installed, operated, or the defect is a result of any reason beyond Western Technical Filter’s control.

Western Technical Filter is not responsible for failures resulting from misuse, faulty installation, alteration, neglect, or accident. Western Technical Filter is not responsible for downtime, loss of income, living expenses, or other incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is the sole warranty made by Western Technical Filter in regard to any filters sold by us. Western Technical Filter makes no other warranties, expressed or implied about any of our products that are sold.

All WTF filter parts, and components of any kind, are not warranted for any particular or specific application. It is up to the Customer to decide whether any parts or components are suited to the Customer's application for the products
